Shipping
NIVUMA orders are prepared and dispatched from Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain.
We currently ship to Spain, the European Union and selected international destinations shown at checkout. A destination is available only when it can be selected at checkout and a valid delivery option is displayed.
Current standard shipping within the Canary Islands is €6.99. Current standard shipping to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is €11.99. Eligible Spanish orders with a product subtotal of €39.95 or more receive free standard shipping.
Current standard shipping to supported European Union destinations is €8.99. Rates for supported destinations outside the EU vary by country and are shown at checkout before payment.
Important for shipments from the Canary Islands: tax, customs and clearance treatment can vary by destination. If duties, taxes or clearance charges are not explicitly collected at checkout, they may be charged separately by the relevant authority or carrier.
Delivery estimates depend on destination, carrier and operating conditions. Where available, an estimate will be shown at checkout, in the order confirmation or in tracking information. No delivery date is guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact NIVUMA as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been prepared or handed to the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
Unless a legal exception applies, consumers may communicate their decision to withdraw from a qualifying distance purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless NIVUMA explicitly states otherwise. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us before sending it back so we can arrange the appropriate solution.
Refunds
Where a withdrawal refund is due, we will refund the amounts required by applicable law, including the cost of the standard delivery method where applicable. Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Where legally permitted, we may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the customer provides sufficient proof of return.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is an issue, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where useful, photos that help us assess the problem. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
