What exactly is a NIVUMA Mini Steel Catch-All?
A small decorative steel catch-all designed for everyday items that tend to end up scattered across a desk, bedside table, dressing area or entryway.
What size is it?
Approximately 9.5 cm in diameter and 3 cm high. It is intentionally compact, so we recommend checking the in-hand and lifestyle scale photos before purchasing.
What can I keep in it?
Rings, earrings, AirPods, coins, hairpins and other small everyday essentials.
Is it a cat food bowl?
No. NIVUMA sells it as a decorative catch-all and small art object. We do not claim it is food-safe unless a product page explicitly says so.
Will the colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
Minor differences can occur because of lighting and screen settings. Our photographs aim to show the design, finish and scale as clearly as possible.

Can I mix different designs?
Yes. You can mix eligible cat designs. The current automatic set offers are 2 cats for €39.95 and 3 cats for €54.95.
Shipping
Where are orders shipped from?
NIVUMA orders are prepared and dispatched from Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain.
Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship to Spain, the European Union and selected international destinations shown at checkout. Availability is confirmed when your destination can be selected and a valid delivery option is displayed.
How much is shipping?
Current standard shipping is €6.99 within the Canary Islands, €11.99 to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and €8.99 to supported European Union destinations. Rates for supported destinations outside the EU vary by country and are shown at checkout. Eligible Spanish orders receive free standard shipping from €39.95.
Can there be charges on delivery?
Shipments from the Canary Islands can be subject to destination-specific tax, customs or clearance procedures. If a destination is not explicitly offered with duties and taxes prepaid, charges not collected at checkout may be payable separately to the authorities or carrier.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier and operating conditions. Where an estimate is available, it will be shown at checkout, in the order confirmation or in tracking information.
Returns
Can I change my mind?
Consumers have the legal right of withdrawal for qualifying distance purchases. For eligible orders, you can tell us you wish to withdraw within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.
What if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page, including your order number and, when useful, photos of the issue so we can assess the appropriate solution.
